The End Of Summer

We love our morning walks when the weather is beautiful.  Today we found a big mound of sand for a house they are building in the neighborhood.  So we stayed here for a good 20/30 min.  Then as we walked further....the swans were out playing in the pond. We watched them for awhile.

Usually the pond is beautiful but the heat has been giving it this layer of yuck.

Kalia my grand daughter and Ashlee my daughter came to visit from the east coast.

Every Friday the kids get to pick out a treasure from the treasure box if they have a good week.  Parents are very well aware on their Friday pick up, it takes longer.  Decisions...decisions on what to pick out. Fridays are the best days here.  The kids DO NOT want to stay home on Fridays.
