How do penguins stay warm swimming in the cold, how and what do they eat, what is a colony, where do they live, how does the egg stay protected?

Had to get a quick pic of Barrett taking all the extra marshmallows to hide under his igloo,,,no one would know if I didn't look lol They stayed there until the end of the day and then there were no more. YUM YUM!
Stack, stack, stack, make a igloo as tall as you can before they come tumbling down.
