PARACHUTING

So I found this parachute at TJ Maxx.  It has enough handles for everyone to hold on.  We had fun playing with it in the breeze outside.  Sometimes we would put a ball in the middle to roll around or try to keep the ball on the parachute. Or we would hide underneath it.  We had such a great time with this colorful parachute.

EASTER

We colored some shell noodles with liquid water color from

Then we added baby chicks, carrots, bunnies, and plastic Easter eggs to complete our sensory for Easter.

 

The kids learned how to do the BUNNY HOP.  This was so funny!

Of course the boys had to start jumping on each other.  They like to have a little more excitement than the girls.

Playing Outside With A Little Bit Of Snow

Finally.....we got to go outside.  The sun came out and the weather was bearable.  We still had a little bit of snow left in the corners of the backyard.  The kids gathered up the buckets and shovels to fill with snow.  Usually it is too cold to play in the snow but this time it wasn't.  So what fun the kids had.  Throwing snowballs over the fence and filling the bikes up with gas (snow).

Jeremiah is playing dead!!!  But the kids did check on him.

 

Miss Karri had to lift him all the time so the ball would go in.

How many buckets of rocks can you fill in an hour and pour down the slide?  I think they were doing this forever.  They like to listen to the sound.  They would constantly fill up the buckets with rock, struggle to walk over to the slide and then pour them down.

We added a adding maching to our dramatic play area.  So Teagan is buying groceries and Isaiah is adding them upside down.   

 

I thought these cars were so cute.  I found them at Michaels in the dollar isle.

Anna is repeating the same pattern I made with the dominoes.

Jeremiah gets so excited when all the dominoes fall.

Anna took all the baby chicks out of our sensory table, got a kleenax and wrapped them up to be her pets.
